I am a 13 year old girl who is 4'10 and my waist is like 28 inches around, my bust is 36 inches and my waist/butt is 38 inches around. I am emo in a way but I like dresses and I like the following colors: Red, Green, black, purple, periwinkle, Blue and any pastels. I am also a goth in a way but more of a soft one and I am kinda broke and I need clothing items that are between 5-40$
